Position: Full Time with Benefits

Laurens County Human Resources is accepting applications for a full-time Clerk in the office of General Sessions Court within the office of the Clerk of Court.  Minimal requirements: high school diploma or GED, with specialized training in clerical/secretarial duties with one (1) year of experience, or a combination of education and training.  Proficiency in computer skills and Word is a must.  Applicants should have excellent communicative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.  Duties will include, but are not limited to: receipting money for fees, data entry of warrants, and going to court.  Qualified applicants will undergo an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
