NOTICE TO BID
Laurens County Department of Public Works is seeking bids from qualified road construction general contractors for “Improvements to Laurens County Roads 2024/2025”. This project will consist of asphalt resurfacing of fourteen (14) roads with full depth patching one (1) cul-de-sac. Only full depth patching on one (1) road. Variable milling to be included on all but one. Milling should consist of a depth of existing asphalt at EOP to eliminate drop-offs and taper toward the center-line of roadway to correct cross slope. A railroad crossing is present on one (1) CSX. Bid packages can be picked up from Laurens County Department of Public Works at 100 Hillcrest Square, Public Works Suite, Laurens, SC 29360. Sealed bids marked “Improvements to Laurens County Roads 2024/2025” are to be forwarded to Laurens County Department of Public Works, P.O. Box 238, Laurens, SC 29360– or may be delivered to Laurens County Public Works Department, 100 Hillcrest Square, Public Works Suite, Laurens, SC 29360.
