Historic Courthouse Exterior Restoration

The restoration and additions to the 2-story 14,500 square foot Laurens County Historic Courthouse include, but not limited to, the replacement of non-historic 1972 additions with new additions that meet the U.S. Department of the Interior – National Park Service Guidelines, restoration of the historic building envelope, roofing replacement (with the except of the recently restored dome), exterior window and door replacement, exterior stair repair, exterior handrail/guardrail replacement, new elevator within the historic structure, new exterior building lighting, site storm water management modifications, and site accessibility improvements.
