The Laurens County Human Resources Department is accepting applications for a full-time (Judicial Assistant) Clerk I in the Office of the Probate Judge. The individual selected for the position will work under the direct supervision of the Probate Judge. Minimal requirements: graduation from an accredited high school or GED, with specialized training in secretarial/clerical duties with one (1) year of experience, or a combination of education and training. Proficiency in computer skills is a must. Applicants should be detail oriented, hardworking, possess the ability to work alone or as an integral team member and be dependable with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualified applicants will undergo an extensive background check. Excellent fringe benefits estimated annual salary $23,899.00 ($11.49 per hour).
