Historical Courthouse Condition Assessment


Laurens County Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified architectural or engineering firms for the “Historical Courthouse Conditions Assessment”. This project will consist of developing a Conditions Assessment Report that will help facilitate the preservation of the Historical Laurens County Courthouse located on the Public Square in Laurens, SC. Proposal packages can be picked up from Laurens County Department of Public Works at 100 Hillcrest Square, Public Works Suite, Laurens, SC 29360.

To receive a bid package via email, please forward your written request to rrussian@co.laurens.sc.us. Sealed Proposals marked “Historical Courthouse Conditions Assessment – RFP 18-402” are to be forwarded to Laurens County Department of Public Works, 100 Hillcrest Square, Public Works Suite, Laurens, SC 29360.
