Description of Project: The Project consists of the renovation of a portion of the existing M. S. Bailey Municipal Center owned by the City of Clinton for use by the Laurens County Department of Social Services (approximately 11,500 SF). The tenant space will be fully renovated to include all new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems and new architectural upgrades.
