The Laurens County Government is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Director.
Laurens County is located in the heart of the thriving Upstate of South Carolina.
This executive level position reports to the County Administrator and is responsible for directing and carrying out County policies and procedures relating to all phases of personnel programs.
Managing personnel components such as recruitment, selection, position classification, compensation, employee health services, as well as coordinating risk and insurance programs for the County to control risks and losses.

Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource, or related field with over six years of progressively responsible experience in human resource administration OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
